Luconda Dager, President of Velvet Ice Cream Company, was interviewed at the headquarters located at Ye Olde Mill in Utica, Ohio. She is the fourth generation of her family to lead the 103-year-old company that distributes more than five million gallons of ice cream each year. We discuss the manufacturing processes that produce ice cream, the value of customers, and being a female manufacturer in a male-dominated industry.
